I created this a while ago and have been hesitant to post it. I know it's not my best work but I believe that mental health is a serious topic that needs to be discussed more often and openly - without criticism, judgment or ridicule. Throughout recent years, various tv series and film have tackled the topic, providing a depiction of what it is like to deal with these mental health issues, becoming an accurate representation for some. Personally, I deal with really bad anxiety and have numerous family members who extensively suffer from depression. These should not be endured alone, but instead communicated to and supported by trusted family and friends, in addition to society as a whole. Please remember suicide or self harm is NOT the answer... you may not believe it right now, but there are always people that love you, support you and will always be there for you. I promise you that there is bright future ahead, waiting for you to seize amazing opportunities and many days filled with joy and happiness.
