Its 5 am, I was contemplating my life and trying to decide how to approach my future. After watching this, my perspective has a clear lens now. it's hard to wake up everyday and keep going even though you feel so empty inside, and i know this feeling i wish i could leave but i can't because if i leave then the people who cared about me will be sad and they will also become heartbroken and that hurts more to think about then myself. for no all i have to do if force myself and live for those who care for me, and i will go on as long as i can.

Oh yeah the this is us stuff will break you for sure but in the most beautiful way. They portrayed grief so damn well throughout the seasons. I’m excited for you to watch this show
