I'm going to be that person: stop saying "girlie". I was in the military for 10yrs. Knee push-ups are for beginners - men AND women did them to build arm and core strength until they could do plank position. Girls ARE NOT to be looked down upon. Thank you for your time :D Otherwise, I like the content. Using objects to create levels are a great confidence booster.
@soiledbritchess2 жыл бұрын
It is scientifically proven that men ARE stronger AND faster than women. Taking this fact into consideration, I think it is perfectly fine to call them girl push-ups. Edit: I am not trying to look down on women, and neither is Adrian, but science proves it, and people have been calling them girl push-ups for as long as I remember, it would be weird to call them anything else. Have a good day, good luck!
@torif88252 жыл бұрын
I agree Gabrielle. It's very ignorant to call knee push ups "girl push ups". And it's even more ignorant to continue calling it that just because people called it that for decades, esp after learning the correct term.

Depends on what your goal is for most people with serious fitness goals girly pushup or whatever the hell they're called are not sufficient it's really just a starting point to get the person used to the motions girly pushups arent really supposed to be a thing lol it's more of push ups with training wheels on em until you can do the real thing. At least this is what my personal trainer from last year told me
@ChameleonOne3 жыл бұрын
@@skidals13 agreed with everything you said. But I still stand by my point that they are not "useless". They aid in building a foundation for the next level. A foundation must be laid upon which a house can be built.
