THANK YOU THANK YOU. Finally a common sense approach. My Dr has had his patients on this diet for 40 years ( he recently retired). He didn't believe in the med diet, wasn't crazy about fasting, didn't believe in the carnivore, etc because he said "people wont eat that crap. He told me he said here's what I eat in a day. I start with one fried egg and 2 sausage patties in the morning. At lunch I have a big mac ( he loved big macs). At night he would have some grilled chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans and maybe some mac and cheese. He said I drink 8 bottles of water a day and walk on my treadmill 2 miles every night after my last meal and follow up my walk with 8 ounces of whey protein. He was 5-10 and weighed 155 pounds. He estimated i burned 2300 calories through metablosim and suggested I burn another 300 through exercise. I ate usually nothing for breakfast, a turkey and cheese sandwich with mayo, At night I would have some grilled chicken, potatoes and some vegetable. I never gave up pizza, pasta, hot dogs, burgers, beer, fried chicken, etc. I just did it in moderation. I just made sure I stayed at around 1600 calories a day. I lost 34 pounds in 5 months and was as healthy as a 20 year old at 38. To this day my physical comes back normal. Keep your calories in check. It doesn't matter what you eat as long as you are in a defecit.

For the kids that might be watching this I am 12 years old and I have been bullied by girls and boys so I am going to lose weight with this lovely guy and when I do lose I can’t wait to see their faces and laugh some motivation is to do everything even if you are a beginner do harder one cause you k ow it will pay off

i had nothing better to do staying up late at night so i had to do this for a quick tiredness so i can sleep at ease, plus during all this the workout gotten easier by the minute and well i got a hang of it now ! lol

Day one: I did 12 minutes, and saw slight results. :) Day two: I put a backpack on and did 30 minutes! 😁 Results tomorrow since it's still day two: My stomach is almost completely flat and my waist slimmed 👏🎉

93.8 kg / 206.8 lb, today is my first day and i did 21 min ( i didint complete it cuz my knee was in pain ) but ima update next week how much i lost, ima do this 5 days a week and 2 times a day (im determined to lose weight) and my goal is 75kg / 165.3 lb gl for me and never give up yall its the best to see you're body perfect :)

Excellent video. Its amazing how much intellect can be overshadowed by emotion. As a doctor I intellectually know this. But used to be worried about (pseudo) loose skin when it was just fat lol.

Idk if anyone here in 2024 but i did my 1st work out and i can tell you i didnt think id be sweating this much so far so good ill be doing this 3 to 4 times a day. 4 to 5 days a week ill keep everyone posted

Would love to do this exercise (and need to!) but it's terrible on my lower back. Sadly, my lower back is always likely to go into spasm doing exercises like this (running has the same effect - hiking and cycling no prob). Is there another variation that's kinder to the lower back Adrian?

I started doing this 2-4 times a week and i have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. And i have already started receiving compliments which never happens so soon. That means i am posing quite a pot of inches as well. Already shared this video to my friends and family. Hoping to lose 25 -30 pounds as soon as possible.

No. You're thinking about it wrong. Workouts just speeds things up. Your metabolism burns at least 2000 cals. So eating less than 2000 alone will do the trick.
