Dude, I use to watch you about 14 years ago, glad you're still around. I lost you when I changed to a newer channel years ago. However, glad that I found you again, since I am once again trying to lose weight. I'm definitely going to start doing these during my lunch break at work, since I am going to start working 14 hours days, no excuses here, just train and work, and summer 2025 I'll be slim and 2026 I'll be in shape once again.

Hey Adrian, just wanted to let you know the appreciation i have for this workout and your other videos. I was a freshmen in high school when this video came out during covid. This help me get in shape for football and boost my confidence. I've been through a bit, and this is a video I remember giving me a lot of motivation to get through tough times. OK first off thank you for this exercise. The first time I did it it blew up my calfs and I wasn’t able to do much of anything for four days. The second time I did it. It went straight to my lower back and blew that out. I will keep you posted what happens next time I do it I’m 41 years old 6’3” 205 pounds.

Hi Adrian. I watched this video over two years ago and started, but stopped, was facing severe mental health issues and couldn't figure my shit out. Finally got my own place, I've started a diet, and will be starting again tomorrow morning, as it's night right now. EDIT: No scale with me, I'll check in every two weeks or everytine I visit my parents. Day 1: 206 LBS
