If anyone is wondering, deleting that partition doesn't really affect at all. That partition is used to repair or reinstall windows if you ever have a problem in the future where your windows is not booting. But nobody ever uses that, any bootable usb/iso will do that function

Recovery partition can come in handy if you accidentally run into a BSOD problem like me. My winload.efi file got deleted and didn't have a recovery partition. So easeus or aomei can be useful for those who don't want to delete the recovery partition.
