Great video! Do you think the fuel pump in the tank should be removed/cleaned? It seems charcoal would find its way in there.

Only if you are having issues with the fuel pressure. Most of the charcoal seems to exit towards the vapor line.

Yes, the charcoal stopped coming out that caused the issue.

Dammit! I can't get my canister loose? How is that thing mounted? I have full access to the whole area, I cut back a lot more fiberglass than you did.

There is a plastic lock it sit into.

Can you put an in line filter of some type in between the charcoal canister outlets to the charcoal lines so the charcoal don't leak out into the white fuel plastic unit that gotten plugged with charcoal?

I am not sure but it would be difficult to do that as the charcoal leaks out of the inlet and outlet so you would need 2 separate filters. The filters can not interfere with the proper flow of the vapors or a code will be thrown and a check engine light will occur.
