This was such a good video that I watched it twice; I almost never do that. I also shared it. What helps with stress is watching and trying physical exercises daily. I have found what exercises I need to do daily but lack motivation most days. Another stress reliever is singing or humming to songs. Dancing helps too. I would urge anyone to avoid smoking and drinking because these habits create stress. Drink water, tea, or juice instead. Another thing, showers help. Lastly, go for a 5+ minute walk. Good luck !
