Can't hear the audio after recording in PowerPoint | PowerPoint audio recording issue

Hi, I see powerpoint listed under apps like you showed but for me it's grayed out and I can't adjust the volume. It's set for 100 but I think it's not working because it is grayed out. I'm using a headset to record. Thank you for your help!

Hi. How to ensure the video records the internal audio of the computer ( say while playing a video ) and at the same time, external audio ( say while I am speaking ). Means both the audios has to be recorded in the same one single recording. Please clarify.

@@Tech-Forum I even tried recording the sound then adding them.. As soon as I add them on PowerPoint no sound but on the laptop and phone they are fine 😕😕

I don't even have powerpoint icon in those advanced settings (only Chrome, Viber and System sonds)
