In the drama, In-ho was sabotaging the team, since he is left-handed, but was playing the spinning top with his right hand.

If he was left handed than he would have held the gun on his left when when he shot Jung Bae, but he didnt, he used his right hand. The frontman struggling during the games was a real moment. He was just rusty. There was a reason why their team was picked last because if they lost then there would be no crowd/witnesses when they killed off the team and kept the Frontman alive.

Heck even in s2 when he was drinking wine during the red light green light game, he was still using his left hand. And if he was just rusty then there's absolutely no reason for him to be using his left hand (and succeeding in one try) in throwing that top if he was really right handed. He could've just kept using his dominant hand, no?

Slight correction in an interview the actor of 001/Frontman explained that in this scene he used his right hand because when using the left hand he always made it spin, even closing his eyes or throwing it backwards didn't work so instead he chose his right hand, which in the end worked out as this is something 001/Frontman would probably do.

I thought about this as well and then realized that they purposefully made 001's team the last team to go so no one else would see the Front Man get "killed" had their team failed. All the other teams have either died or moved on. So it would be easy to avoid having to kill him.

And the S1 yeah I agree, Idk how they can save the old man during Tug of War. It would be way too obvious during that one cause people are watching. I'm not ashamed to say I was almost in tears when everybody started cheering when the 4 ladies and son made it through. After people saying "not enough people died", it was such a moment of human spirit and triumph when everyone just loses it. Even the Frontman looks genuinely happy lol he looks at Gi-Hun with glee who then looks back at him as his arm is around him. What a moment.

The way even Thanos and Nam-gyu are cheering for the other team's. While both are awful people, ESPECIALLY Nam-gyu, it does humanize the player's quite a bit, compared to say Deok-su from season one, who was PURE evil.

Also the Front Man was having a hard time FAILING to do the spin top. He would always get it to spin even when he threw it backwards it still spun lol, and they had to keep retaking the shot until he finally messed up. Front mans too pro.

I love when Il-nam played a game where his team at risk of dying (Tug-of-War), he actually took it seriously and alongside Sang-woo, saved them. He actually grew fond of them, especially Gi-hun, all he wanted to do was have some fun. In-ho was actively trolling/screwing them over. He joined with a mission, to crush Gi-hun's ideals, he's NOT trying to make friends.

I haven’t seen any reactors talk about this in depth, but the frontman’s goal isn’t necessarily to undermine gi-hun in the games but to defeat him in his ideology…. He wants gi hun to admit that he’s wrong about people, that some people are trash and deserving of death…. And he’s manipulating the games to put gi-hun in a corner where he’ll have to submit in that way. It’s a battle of wits and philosophy, kind of like the mental battle gi-hun had with the hot recruiter… he put the recruiter into a corner ideologically and won. But the frontman is a much more formidable mental opponent.

Fun Fact: The Frontman is left handed, he used the pistol with his left hand in S1 and used the wine glass with the same in this S2 when he saw the first game. He was ruining the game on purpose in the spin game, if you look closely he was using his right hand in all his failures and in the last attempt he used his left hand. Clearly he wanted the team to lose, anyway he has nothing to lose or he just wanted to make it difficult for the main character, he will only get a serious injury to get back in control while the rest just die because of him lol.
