You guys are seriously one of the best fitness channels on youtube. Thank you for presenting well researched and results based information to us. It's sooo hard to find good information out there, the fitness industry is more snake oil than anything else.

Having spoken to bodybuilders who have competed on a professional level, they have told me the "damage" they do to their own bodies. From horrifying stuff like a spoon of water per day and what not. They also did tell me that it's only for competition season. While they may be big, their six-pec isn't usually there on any other day and most people would've mistaken it for a beer belly.

Yes! This is so true. My ex-bodybuilder friends confirm this too

Oh my... I needed this so much! I can't afford your coaching right now 😓 but I promise I take all your advise seriously and after a full year of strength training and proper eating habits, my belly is slowly starting to look different. Very slowly but it's happening. Thank you guys, I'll keep at it :)

Up the protein, strength training, cardio in the 2nd zone (workout hard enough that your sweating and your heart rate is at about 150 give or take about 10 beats, but not so hard you can’t hold a casual conversation with someone else) and eating right (ESPECIALLY THE CORRECT PORTION SIZES!!! And not tons of sugar, or rice or bread)

Thanks for the video. I didn't know that those models and bodybuilders use that method. We learn new things every day. Slow and sustainable is definitely the way to go.

I thought drinking water is important for keeping water weight down? Because the body will want to retain water if it’s not getting enough? That’s what I heard.

Hey, I want to lose fat but I am a student so I have less time to workout and have no access to the gym. I recently started jumping rope. What type of exercises should I do to lose fat? I have watched several videos but am still confused about where to start. Edit: I forgot to mention that I am a PCOS patient 🫥 and yes it's hard to lose weight.

Are you eating in a calorie deficit too? If not, I recommend eating in a calorie deficit first before focusing on exercise. How to calculate your calories to lose weight: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nqa9ZaurfLGhf7c Doing the right things at the right time for you fat loss stage: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j5K5o4yeosyKfJo But if you want guidance on exercise, I recommend this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mYbRYoiDr9Jgl6M

@@CoachViva Yes, I am gradually reducing simple carbs and fat since I cannot sustain drastic deficit. I don't eat out which means no junk food and mostly eat home cooked food.I can't say sure about protein intake but I am drinking milk everyday at least 1 glass. I'll increase my steps. Thanks for helping ☺️

@@dipali4211 I hope you did not abandon exercise. Even though it isn’t essential at the beginning, stages of weight loss, over the long term, it is essential for your longevity and does a lot of good. It has nothing to do with weight loss. But I also hope you were able to eat in a deficit happily.

I don’t believe 10 to 12% body fat is realistic for most men. The Men I know at 10% work all the time to stay that way. It is almost an obsession, and does not feel healthy to me. I also know quite a few men at 15% who show quite a bit of muscle definition.
@CoachViva2 жыл бұрын
Hi Samuel, that is true that some men can start to see definition at higher body fat % than 12%. Like with all videos, this one speaks in generalities. Only with coaching can you get more personalized advice so your mileage may vary! I think you'll enjoy this video too on the ugly truth of getting too lean: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bJm8aoGeg9F-q8k

Hi I M. Honestly, any full-body strength training will help (assuming you're already lean enough that any muscle you build will show through though).
