Dr. Ekberg, any tips on how to get rid of the food residue in the belly? How to do properly the cleanse?
@Galv1405775 жыл бұрын
@@raisamahi1006 The air you breath out is heaver than the air you breath in because that is how your body gets rid of the carbon and hydrogen from your food. Carbo-hydrates (sugars) and hydro-carbons (fats) break down and get released from your lungs as carbon dioxide (CO2), and H2O (water) or water vapour. You don't have to do anything to lose weight except breath the oxygen in so that when you breath it out again it carries the weight with it. Just stop eating for long enough so that you get past feeling hungry, then you go into ketosis, which is the state where you've run out of glucose and your body starts breaking down fat cells instead. Ketone energy is highly efficient, it enables you to do incredible things mentally and physically. To get it you have to get past being hungry until you stop feeling hungry even though you haven't eaten anything. Don't do it for too long though because you also need protein, vitamins, minerals and essential fats from food, not just the energy.

OUTSTANDING! Even though the title of this video pertained to belly fat, I would say this is one of the most thorough videos encompassing all the most important principles of good health and a healthy diet! Having been a registered dietitian since 1982 I am speaking from the great deal of education and experience. I think Dr Ekberg is incredibly good at explaining principles that can get complicated. But you don't have to be a doctor or a dietitian or a scientist to understand his points. I love that he speaks in a very down-to-earth way and that he shares research as a way to support his statements. I totally agree that fat phobia, due to a lot of misinformation that came out starting in the 80s, has really caused people to be incredibly afraid of eating fats. As Dr Ekberg emphasized, the quality of what we eat is just as important as what we eat. Especially when it comes to fat it's extremely important to understand that not all fat is the same in terms of how it affects our bodies. Food sources that come from nature are good for us. Food that comes from a laboratory are not good for us. That's the bottom line. Understanding how our body uses protein, carbohydrates, and fat can make eating healthy much easier. Dr Ekberg definitely knows his stuff! Thank you so much Dr Ekberg for all of your important videos!

And even more by the time I came home to Mrs Talky Talky!). Stress definitely plays a role in my weight gain. I felt like I had nothing left to lose when my sister was sick,...so I stopped caring. And the weight just came off. But I must say, that a lot of my weight is muscle. I do 450lb leg presses, 240-260 seated rows and up to 60lb preacher bench with my Index Fingers (No kidding). Bear in mind that the FDA work together to make many foods high salt, high sugar & high addiction based. Once people are addicted to such unhealthy foods & diets, they develop diseases which they then seek pharmaceuticals to treat. By following the "food pyramid" that the FDA deceptively puts out, people end up funding Big Pharma - as they start, & then have to stay on Big Pharma's "medicines," for years ... IF they don't learn the truth But, those "medicines" are only partial bandaids (if that), & the meds themselves cause many problems & illnesses in people, ultimately leading to death. Notice the name: FOOD & DRUG ADMINISTRATION. They work together, & It is NOT for the health of the people.

I was a sceptic, but I kept watching Dr Ekberg’s videos, and I’ve come to realise his advice is at root quite non-controversial. Cutting sugar from breakfast and lunch and reducing at dinner time is something everyone can and should do. The twist is realising how close starch is to sugar, amd cutting carbs more generally. Personally I’ve cut most (not all) bread from breakfast and lunch and the weight is falling off at a remarkable pace. And that’s the only change I’ve made.
