Agree that some universities are treating international masters students as a source of cash and have reduced the quality and difficulty levels of education in USA. This happened in Canada and led to the creation of degreed Indian students who could not get jobs

Thank you for the video! It was exactly what I was looking for, as I had been researching similar topics while shortlisting universities. Fortunately, the concerns regarding ROI for most colleges turned out to be valid and genuinely helpful. However, I hadn’t focused much on safety considerations, and I plan to thoroughly research that aspect now. I recently received admits from NEU and SIT for MS in Computer Science. While I’m leaning slightly toward NEU due to their renowned CO-OP program, I’d appreciate your input on which one to choose.

NEU does have good co-op program.

Fordham isn't a bad school for finance, despite being in practically the same neighborhood as NYU, Columbia and being in a market where it has to compete against the likes of UPenn, Princeton, Columbia, NYU for finance jobs, it still ranks in the top 30 for IB feeders.
@yogitabaviskar890035 минут бұрын
IB feeder schools are only good if one is going for undergraduate. International students going for postgraduation thinking they'll land analyst positions are going to be extremely disappointed; that's also why many suggest MBA to land an associate role, if one is lucky! I personally, started off thinking it's easy and then inside information has made me realize that it's not worth it. Plus, for An1 they won't even bother hiring someone requiring a work sponsorship and anyone above 22/23 years of age.

I think UT Should be part of 1st list. High tuition and low ROI. 65k tuition for the entire program (CS, MIS/ITM, MSBA, etc).

While I do agree to some of your points but other than that I think the whole video is misguided. USC and UMD not worth it? Really? You mentioned about an individual who felt underwhelmed of UMD, that’s his own story. Same might not be the case with everyone. Every other individual from these universities on linkedin has a good job/ internship even in post covid era. So I think that’s pretty good roi.

I question the worth of all your videos . In these days it is a big gamble going to US for higher studies and spending so much without any visa and job guarantee . If you are going PhD which is sponsored , it is a must go .

All Please dislike this video, I think it depends on individual perception, if one goes to USC and gets job > 100k its very good. I will choose USC and others despite the unsafe or other reasons.
