Downloading the older version on OS doesn't work as software won't open 'it' need to be updated'

I'm not sure I understood what you're saying but, at the date of video it definitely worked, I remember I installed a .9xx version but couldn't save the gCode so I opted for the .4xx and using the plugin as in the video and it works, u can also check other comments for people whom it worked for as well !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OS10.15 can't use the version under1.0 (the following is from Inkscape official) Note: There is no .dmg file for macOS for the current Inkscape version at this time. If you need a version from the 0.92 series (e.g. because you depend on third-party extensions that have not been updated in preparation for Inkscape 1.0, please use Inkscape 0.92.2 on macOS

my idea is that you don't need a 64bit version since that'll work on your machine, I don't see the problem right there.. elaborate please

@@willievanderzwan8386 hey, I thought you know this, 32 and 64 bit both work on 64bit machine and OS, but 64bit will not work on a 32bit machine, man this basic stuff, anyway glad it helped

You're not up-to-date, HK!!! In version 0.92 it's all there!! It isn't perfect but it works all the way. Skip this Video.

First of the video is quite old now, but even if not I just shared what worked for me, it's not necesserly the ultimate solution, if you have a video or have seen one that shows this working on 0.92 version, feel free to share
