Hi guys! You need to use a lot more workers, and you said you were going to config autodrive as well... you're getting overwhelmed with the little tasks. Use workers for those repetitive field tasks (even if you have to babysit them a little) and that'll allow you to do manually the tasks they can't do, such as logging, creating new fields, tending the animals and productions, landscaping...
