But I have a more clever solution. Instead of downloading some app just: "open WhatsApp, select attachments in the send menu, select document, select videos from the menu (three lines or dots on the left), and select the video you want to send" It worked great for me but I don't know if it works for you.

There is a more easyer solution, you don't need to install any converter. Just need a explorer file manager like es-explorer. And when u look at the clips, the file that is not working on whatsapp has a big word file ending MP4 . thats the reason it wont work cause whatsapp does not recon it as an mp4 file. U just remoove MP4 and add mp4. On the otherhand to make sure it works, remove any underlines of the name of that mp4 file. most files look like this x_xxx....mp4 remoove underlines to this: xxxx.....mp4 and try again....
