I have never been a fan of the driven class but with the support they are getting in the future and with this akainu i dont mind using more driven units instead of powerhouse. Glad i got him cause I will probably skip banners til the 7th anni legends come or if something special comes in One Piece day

Well good news for you is that only fire tank pirates isn't powerhouse so you don't really need to choose between driven and powerhouse.

Queen Mama Chanter works really well for Akainu vs. It makes matching slots appear more often, which helps fullfilling the conditions for the Vs effects, and you can get up to 1.65x atk, and... a rcv slot sometimes to avoid hunger XD Otherwise, you can only use str, dex or qck characters.

Yo toad, I gotta ask...I'm currently on my 10th multi on Ace vs Akainu, I landed all the batch units in 7 multis but my goal was to land Kaido and Big Mom in this multi too but unfortunately that hasn't happened....yet. Currently on 150 gems, if you were me would you save for the next upcoming big sugo or would you splash the gems? 🤔

I hate everything. Came back to the game a couple months ago, new account, ace vs akainu banner comes in. I get every gem I can find. Grind through the entire story and end up getting enough for 17 ten-pulls. Didn't get the unit. Fortunately I pulled Kaido vs Big Mom... That's the only reason I can cope with the bs... Sadge

The not being able to stall is very annoying, for me as i dont have a lot of driven or powerhouse characters who are max level. and team building for garp challenges with him, is a challenge

Me , Ace is way cleaner and better with STR and FS subs, akainu loses battle with Ace in that department. Being QCK is bad , powerhouse for now is mid class

I love using the new vs ace way more than akainu but I may be biased because akainu is my least favorite one piece character. The vs ace is so clean and he can actually stall unlike akainu

@@joshuwu1523 i hate akainu’s guts, but actually when they release on jp i thought that they are both op but akainu is even more busted, and when they arrived at global akainu sucks ass to be honest, he is fun for burning enemy through immunity but other than that he lacks compared to Ace’s kit and hard to build for him since driven is bad , powerhouse is meh

@@campurlane1801 it’s honestly very hard to built around akainu but for ace, the free spirit class is so stacked and you have so many different options. The burn effect is also overrated imo and can be a downside a large majority of the time because it’s hard to stall and can sometimes be impossible to stall for ults.
