Very good car! Now considering that we are moving to electric cars from fuel cars, but I have two points of concern: 1. How does it perform in the long run on Ugandan roads? 2. Are there price modes available for installment payments? But good review indeed! I would like to own this one day. Wow, you did this car justice. Thank you for the review. I'm already wondering if you have inquired from current drivers of the same car the challenges they face on Ugandan roads or even access to mechanical services and how they have overcome them. I remember how my 2006 toyota modal used to play mechanics and i ended up being tossed to go here or there because *your car elina amasanyale manjji😂* comments.

Ugandan mechanics fear new things that's for sure... I think the best people to have a car like this fixed are the guys at CFAO motors they stock and have all the necessary tools.. funny enough when you compute the figures you end up spending less fixing the car at CFAO and what you would spend in 5 different garages being tossed around.

Mechanics fear the "amasanyalaze" they don't want to modernize their workshops. Many of our mechanics don't have and don't even know how to use the OBD 2 machine for diagnosis. We are still stuck in "emotoka ekoze etya" diagnostics

For a brand new car very worth it. CFAO does all the fixing service etc for free for 2 years. And just know with a brand new car you won't see garage for at least 4years. I'm sure the ka price of the actual car is lower but u and I know our Ugandan Taxes are not for the weak 😁

Toyata has been very slack at getting into the electric cars. I guess hybrid is their entryway strategy into the EV market. Seeing as Africa is a 2nd hand car market, how many more years should we wait to get this one in the car bonds?

Hehe many years for sure and by the time they come as second hand I'm sure they will have developed all sorts of issues... I think the more complex a car is the more one should avoid getting it on the used market

Fun fact: The 1st mass produced hybrid was the Toyota Prius in 1997, that's 27yrs ago. It's us who're slow at adopting new things but that's Toyota/CFAO intend to change by bringing them brand new.

maybe the one with the other grill is offered in a different trim level from the one i got a chance to check out. i am sure the guys at CFAO can get all the available trim levels
