I'm not using the same club grip but really struggling with the calibration process in walkabout. I've tried 5 or six times and no luck. I go by the instructions in walkabout and I've placed the controller at the putting end, in the middle of the club , parallel and in line with the and it looks okay while in calibration mode as far as the club being where it should be but when I get into game it's either at 90 degrees to the way it should be or a very small club and perpendicular to me. I know the length adjust as you move up and down but I just don't get it. Is the controller supposed to be moved to the virtual club where it is on the actual accessory? I've even toyed a little with the angle adjustment in settings but it's still at a 45 or 90 degree angle in-game from where it needs to be.

Having so much fun with this game! Didn’t know about the clues that get you new clubs so thanks for that. Are the clubs you unlock just different colors? Or also designs too

They’re different designs and colours, along with all the different colour and design golf balls you can find too. Glad you’re enjoying the game! 😊

Nice pleasant review. I bought the Zyber attachment (about £56) nice feel about it and worth it just for that rather than just the controller. Does it improve my game? Must do, but I'm still practising. Interesting your comment about the "angle", not sure how that works, but I'll ramp it up to your suggestion of 40 and see how it goes. One thing that puzzles me, and this happens in Golf+ as well, is when I give the ball a good whack it usually slices off to the right (Hole 18 Arizona Modern Easy). So I wonder if changing the angle will help?

If you don’t change the angle then the angle of your club in game won’t be the same as the angle of your controller in real life when it’s in the golf grip so that’s probably contributing to why you’re slicing.
