Hey, Tommy looks delicious one of my all-time favorite ways of cooking a chicken and one of my specialties turkey breast. my rotisserie set up is a little different but with the heat radiating from the back, mine is that way as well this method is how I do it i’ll marinate my chicken or turkey breast and of pour some of the unused marinade in a pan that will fit under the chicken in the rotisserie then about every half hour /45 minutes I’ll pull out the pan with the marinade/drippings and pour into a small pitcher, returned the pan and slowly drizzle the mixture over the chicken as it turns covering the whole thing and getting the mixture into the breast cavity as well always comes out awesome. Super juicy your set up is a little more confined maybe you’d have to use a turkey baste for the drizzling. just thought I’d mention it it’s one of my most requested things to make. anyways, Tommy keep up the great work have a great one🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍

Looks killer and Tommy uses cookers that are obtainable by regular folks. I love watching Greg on Ballastic BBQ, but he’s always using some crazy grill that’s $2,500 or some amount I could never afford. lol I could actually buy this if I saved for a month.
