quick question, when you put the extra temp probes in there to monitor the internal temp of your grill. did you do that separately from the ones that are attached/come with the grill? and did you get a temp variance between the temp that the grill says and the temp the external probe says? because I own the same grill and I was getting about 15 degrees difference and I wasnt sure which one to go off of.

That’s a great grill to use like an oven plus doing it outside doesn’t get your kitchen as hot . Great looking turkey Tommy very juicy and crispy. Have a wonderful weekend Tommy.

How long does the ambient end of the prob need to aquire a temperature reading and how long does it take till the ambient end of the probe to show a change in temperature plus or minus.How well does it send a signal out of a smoker thanks

I have the spider grills venom which requires no drilling and controls and monitors temp! Best set and forget add on to the kettle!
