Can the GTX 980TI Hybrid Still Game in 2025?

I have the same card, but mine got burnt by a new(literally a few hours old) FSP power supply that I bought as backup PSU because of the online store sale.

Its still a good card, was surprised when got more than 20 fps with Starfield, really did not expect the results i got.
