Hello po Atty. I want to ask legal advice about nbi clearance. Are cases that happened only in the Philippines appears in NBI Clearance. Because I don't have a case but I commited some theft in other country while working and got sent back in the Philippines by my employer just a day after. since then I'm worried that it might show on my NBI clearance. I have a question, I have a bf he's American Seperated siya sa wife niya (they will be divorcing soon) na Pinay sa Pinas sila naikasal civil pero matagal na sila hiwalay 2 years na. They share 1 daughter together. Si Pinay nasa America na din at May ka live in ng ibang foreigner. At kami naman ni jowa yes nandito siya sa Pilipinas but we are not living in together. May maikakaso ba sa amin? Or makakasuhan ba yung wife ng foreigner kong jowa if ever man na gustuhin niya siyang kasuhan or di pwedeng magkaron ng kaso ang dalawang partido/asawa kung pare-pareho ng May bagong partner o ka live in? Pari delicto ba yon? Enlighten me please and yes soon enough nag paplano na din kami sana mag live in kaso di mawala sakin ang pag-aalala at takot thank you sana masagot you're so pretty btw.
