Vancouver here . Canucks fan obviously . I think the Oilers are going to win the Stanley cup actually . We are clearly the underdog and it would be magical if Canucks pulled an upset. Our city really needs this. It is bringing us together properly . It is bigger then hockey rn imo

The Oilers aren’t nearly as good as they’re being made out to be.

Pettersson plays defence as well. He had more hits than every Oiler forward except for Kane and Garrick. He had more blocked shots than every Oiler forward except Henrique.

​@ynks07 IMO I would say they have the highest ceiling and lowest floor of the contenders. Oilers are flawed but their top end is almost unmatchable except for maybe Col, it all depends on how the defense holds up.

@@matthewjudge3763 It should be very interesting. The Oilers are actually one of the older teams in the league with 14 players 30 or over. The Canucks have a big defence except for Quinn Hughes but he is the best skater in the league. McDavid may be the fastest but Hughes is the most elusive. And all of the Canuck forwards love to hit. If they can keep McDavid to the outside and on the boards he will be punished. If not the Oilers will win.

These two teams are as close as they get on paper. Just the internals are arranged differently. The X factor is Silovs and the Pettersson line.
