I notice on the tee, you tend to go from back right to front left, no matter the shot shape. This is something I did for years as well, and while you can train your body to “find the position”… starting the flight in the run up (mirroring the flight) is something that helped me gain consistency.

Nice! That's the opposite of my bag lol I bag 2 neutron hexes for the hyzer flip dead straight or turnover shots and a glow hex for the overstable slot

I find my hex is pretty overstable actaully, I wonder if its just the specific run I have.

Yea not that far lol. I throw them in the 315-325 range. So thats probably why

Yeah, I could see them flying more stable at those distances. I've heard the fission ones are fairly flippy. The glow one would probably fly similar to your buzzz os @@AndrewWoodDiscGolf

What's the beat in wear of the Hex and Uplink? I'd love to see a update video of the Dune as it beats in. There's not lot online sharing how fast the Dune beats in & the normalized flight in that beat-in state

The Hex is fairly seasoned, maybe a couple months of use, the uplink is still relatively new. I will definitely try and make a follow up in a couple months once I've gotten more rounds in with the dune. My guess is that it will beat in to be more like how the a brand new uplink flies now.

Yea i tend to use the same molds in different plastics and wear. I find i play better when manipulating the angles instead of trying to throw a difffernet mold for each shot

It seems to me from watching this video and comparing it to others of you throwing your release is more consistent when you are trying to throw slight hyzer. The slight hyzer with the uplink flips and turns right. That buzzz seems like the perfect stability for that hyzer. Stand up go straight and small fade. Throw a brand new z buzzz in that same hyzer and it likely would hold slight pushing hyzer. I don’t think less discs thrown on multiple angles makes a ton of sense based on those results

Thats a really great observation. I definitely have a stock release that is slight hyzer and is most comfortable. It probably doesnt make sense to fight against what is most natural.

@@TyCampbellTX christ this guy has found out the hex and buzzz are overstable, and wants the Dune to be his straight disc. There is nothing OS about a buzzz or hex. the video stinks 800 rated player who really just needs to work on his form.
