The whole point of this video was for Austin and Jesse to do it themselves, as he stated at the beginning of the video. Talking ish builds comradery and weeds out those who can't deal. Also, deal with him as the boss since it's his program, money, and leadership. Like the guy that started and quit after days. As well as put pressure on them, so when they need to do it under time crunch and pressures, they can. These engines are expensive he needs to be able to trust them to do it right the first time for his pocket book and safety. Focus on driving is his end goal and not get dirty. I understand what you're saying, but I don't think it applies to this video in particular. I think you are using your past experiences to influence your thought process on this video. Considering we don't know their team dynamics but what short videos we see compared to reality and real-time team dynamics.
