Also, deal with him as the boss since it's his program, money, and leadership. Like the guy that started and quit after days. As well as put pressure on them, so when they need to do it under time crunch and pressures, they can. These engines are expensive he needs to be able to trust them to do it right the first time for his pocket book and safety. Focus on driving is his end goal and not get dirty.
