Not sure if it works on CPU Bison (but like every video game you dont play vs Ai like to a human opponent) in the recent Giant Attack Game mode, Bison doesnt input a move for 1-2seconds then will do something, and player can just do a Dragon Punch or Juri whindmill thing. Then rinse repeat. After a few tries you can predict when Bison attacks easily...
