You can always tell someone's intent as the speak by the tone of their voice. Content usually is not the tell tail sign. It's the same when you have a disagreement with your significant other. It's not what you say so much but how you say it. This guy has a specific intent as he describes his position. I'll leave it for others to determine what that position is.

I find this conversation twisted and misleading. Folks in rural areas have consistently been challenged with access to the internet on a par with that which is provided in more urban areas, to the point where the absence of good quality high speed internet connection has had a negative impact on their ability to do business. When someone comes along who can provide better service and for less cost, it’s worth a serious look in my book. And to imply that Elon Musk would carve out narrow strips of highway medians as the location for his proposed service, and then pooh-pooh the whole idea based on that is bizarre. To state that Elon Musk has no plan, the man who has achieved more than most human beings across multiple areas of business, is laughable. He does nothing without a plan. This issue obviously bears further looking into.
