I have a question, I got my diamondback turtle recently from Dudley’s turtle emporium but I have a question, can turtles be found in the wild in UK?

You can find yellow belly sliders and red ear sliders that have been dumped by owners in a fair few spots like local ponds normally , for example we have two yellow belly’s in my local pond. We used to have wild turtles in the UK , the European pond turtles , and there is an effort to try and bring them back. Hope this helped😊

Correct, currently we do not have wild turtles in the UK, but like I said there are small efforts to reintroduce the European pond turtle into the wild.
