Have you had any success since set 2 released with Vader Blue???

I’ve topped a few locals with Vader blue. I don’t play system patrol crafts at this time but might add them in. I’m running Dr Pershing (2 of) which is helping keep hang big to avoid the Pillage / Poe killing my hand. People think it’s slow but, cards do things. I noticed a lot of these games you plaid your hand size went down to 1-3 cards often which I guess didn’t affect you too much cause you went 5-1. Have been following your Iden deck techs and absolutely love the green version so thanks for sharing that! She's definitely my favourite control leader and I'd love to take her to a tournament at some point once I get enough reps in. Have you been adding anything new to the deck lately? I am keen to try out Top Target for healing overkill in a more events based deck potentially. Any recommendations to replace Vader and Avenger for the time being if I don't have them? Also 3 copies of Snoke in the main seems strong xD

Glad the content has been helpful. Iden Green is one of my favorite decks. "The Client" has been really strong in Iden Green with it's bounty ability to continue to gain 5 life and pick off threats. Unfortunately, I am not sure what you can replace Vader with in this deck besides "Maul". Avenger is just irreplacable as it's one of the best cards in the game. You could just go "Relentless" in the mainboard over that card I guess. I posted my updated deck list below for your convenience. this is really similar to a list ive been having a lot of success with. In mine I dont run top target or system patrol craft (though I really want it in the list I'll probably try and fit it), trimmed on take downs and open fires. Then I run 3 pillage, 1 force throw, 3 pershing and 2 bravado. I'll agree with your comment in this thread, Client is insane. It does more than just heal. I've found you can force people into attacking with the unit you place the bounty on. That can bait out an attack that would for instance kill off Childsen then you slam Childsen, take initiative and then next turn use a kill spell on the unit that would trade with Childsen. I will say i REALLY like pershing, throw an entrenched on him and he draws more and then also trades with units that try to remove him, or can fight back if you're really losing in ground

Yeah Client is crazy good. Totally agree with your line of thinking. I really like the "3x Pillage", that's a card I want to fit in there myself. Entrenched on Pershing is a great idea. What's your list if you don't mind sharing?

​@SWUDAD yeah that could be cut or trimmed. I just really like it with the vader flip turn, it's surprisingly strong but can be situational.

@@phlash0580 yeah seems like a cool card, but not necessary for the deck to win. Guess it depends on what you value more. Being able to have a strong sentinel in space, or being able to ready a unit twice. I really like it with Avenger or Krayt Dragon late game. I am not sure how necessary it is though for the deck to be competitive feels more like a “Win More” card

Man your draws on this video were pretty insane! Personally I love Pershing in control decks. And the client is very slow, I dont see how you can activate him to recover.

The Client is amazing. I would say just test it out yourself. Once you start getting a feel to maximize it's effectiveness you'll love it because of the cushion that it gives you. It's very good in soft control decks as well. (Qi'ra/Iden Green)

@@SWUDAD yeah I tested it in Qira and never used it for his bounty. But he's a big buddy on the ground. A very good target for a traitorous too and that doesn't feel great haha

@@MeepleonFire Yeah traitorous feels bad. Client helped me a ton in Qi'ra in the aggro matchup, and honestly was the card that helped that matchup feel favorable

@@sebastiannielsen3226 yeah it felt good. But definitely need to put in reps against (Sabine Green, Boba Yellow) so that you have a good feel on how to beat them.

Strange how you do the deck tech and game 1 first hand you have 2 cards not in your deck tech . The pyke sentinal and the 5 drop wich puts experience counters

lol man, i cant justify playing this game anymore or buying singles to make new decks like this, deck would cost me upwards of 400 bucks canadian to make. its obviously not as bad as magic but i mean, not an excuse.

Yeah prices are definitely crazy. They need to fix the supply issue before they lose a lot of people

Most of that cost is coming from Snoke, Kryat Dragon, Avenger, and Super Laser Blast. Replace these with a Fifth Brother, Seventh Sister, Ruthless Raider, and a Bombing Run. That should bring the price way down. It's not going to be as fast though, but for a weekly play it's fine. Karabast unfortunately skews to the more top end of play and price as you have access to every card and people are using it to get reps in for tournaments.

Agreed . As much as I like other games more than Pokemon, their events have 3000 ppl and a good deck is like $130
