My friend has been invested in visualization and I am going to send him this. I was doubtful about its power when I heard about visualization 4 years ago, but now I can realize that it can make a positive impact on people's lives.

Excellent video I do believe that captured US pilots held by North Vietnamese visualized playing golf, apparently their game scores improved or without practice at least did not deteriorate

Ok, here is the question: what is the difference between visualisation and day-dreaming? Because almost all of us doing this when we would like to achieve something in the future.

Yeah, I thought about the same question I believe the difference is to try to be more realistic than going far away with your daydream

Daydreaming is usually you imagine you already achieved your dreams and living there but visualisation is all about action oriented towards your goals like practicing a same skill in your mind to do it in real life

The difference is like "weight lifting" to build muscle and just lifting some heavy objects some times to accomplish certain tasks in our daily life. The first one will build your muscles to a great degree over time. The second one would not much.....Visualization, like building muslce, builds our brain muscle(neurons) over time. You have to regularly practice the building muslce techniques(by weight lifting, or by sitting for specific visualization). Like most things in life, it is all about regular practice wtih specfic goals in mind.

Good insight, thank you. I believe, though, Iike Muhammad Ali inferred, you have to *really* have a desire, passion and love for the goal you have in mind so, visualising a goal to land a job you're really not interested in probably won't work.
