Sir, How to obtain the 65B certificate ( what is the procedure & who gives it) Is it the court authorities or an private agency?? Please guide , Also if the original device is faulty and not functioning, but the data ( voice recording) was transferred to pendrive or had disc drive ( before damage to the primary device) , then in such case ,are the recordings admissible in the court Please explain.
