The video felt more like a speed run than it did a walk through and also if I had lost my power and Freddy was to come out of the door behind me, I would have stood to the side so it wouldn't have seen me and would have uno reversed the Jumpscare so instead of Freddy scaring me, I would have scared him

Technically, you should be able to win super easily since Foxy doesn't move when you view the camera and Freddy doesn't move forward when you are looking at his screen. Since this setup has all camera views at once, that means you should be able to camera-stall both animatronics while only having to watch out for Bonnie and Chica.

Foxy did move when you used the camera and Freddy moved when you used the camera, as the nights got later we had a fail safe and stall time for when the animatronics were moving behind the scenes
