Hi! In FindIt Options, there is a Key Bind that you can Set to have Random Selection for the assets that are being shown in the Search of Find It. I set mine to 'J' Key, which doesn't has any keybind, so it won't cause any keybind issues. :)

Plop the Growables Mod takes the care of that. You can plop any building without worrying about zoning. And to place it so close or in Overlap manner, you gotta have Anarchy.
