For how you guys get frustrated by Jamie on camera, it's nice to hear why you love him. I adore how he cooks and really identify with how he acts in the kitchen. Seems such a genuine, hardworking and great lad. He can be fun, but he really, absolutely tries at everything he does as well.

put the tortilla between 2 lightly dampened dish towels and microwave on high for 15 to 30 seconds. it will get soft and a little stretchy so you can wrap it tight like a baby blanket. They hold together much better that way.

Every pita place around me keeps their pita in a warmer for that reason and I keep mine in a warming basket (tortillero). Trying to wrap a cold flour tortilla or pita is frustrating.

Also very important that you wrap a burrito as a hexagon, not a rectangle. You make two angled folds at the sides, not one straight fold.

I found Sorted for the first time more than a year after the Paella-Burrito incident. After less than a day watching, the thing I most understood about the channel was that Jamie once infuriated every Spaniard with a social media account. I'm happy to see that the guys are still making sure new viewers will have the same experience.

Baz's reaction to that spice about 12 minutes in, and the fact that they're making a spicy dish for Jamie, just suddenly made me remember the very first Sorted video I ever watched: the spicy burrito challenge when they were all wearing lucha libre wrestling masks, culminating in Jamie having a very uncomfortable ride home on the tube trying not to... shall we say... make a very public mess. And after that one, I'm almost surprised he's still this into spice!

As for who gets his dream menu next...I don't know why, but for some reason I'd like Ben to get his after Barry, Jamie and Mike has had theirs and have them make it for him. It just feels like the perfect end to this lovely series.

What I love about this is they've been friends more then half their lives, but they threw in the surprise questions to get this just so. They dog on each other constantly and sabotage recipes, but really love each other. The food is great, but the friendship is epic.

This is a really sweet idea. Been watching for years and its so obvious that you're all great friends, we see you ripping on each other a lot and joking arpund a lot, but its really nice to see some genuine moments of friendship. It was so nice to watch a video where all you're doing for 20 minutes is working out whats gonna make your friend the happiest. The little argument over adding extra hot sauce to the burrito is a perfect example of how well you all know each other and how close you all are.
