To control any of my urges, I have art as an outlet. Music. Writing. Visual art. I just put all of my madness together and make beautiful art. When I don't have that outlet easily available to me, then it does make it hard to maintain self control. My art keeps me disciplined. But I have various urges to self control as we all do.
