Dude what Robin said is so true , I am tired of telling people that south indian cuisine is more than just idli , dosa and wada. I had the privilege of tasting traditional Karnataka food since I am a kannadiga and traditional Telugu states food since I live here in hyd and also mallu food because of my friend. I would definitely recommend tasting local cuisines incase you visit any of the south Indian States. It's yummy!!!

Ya i agree with Robin the malayalee version of red chutney is tomato onion not lehsun(garlic), i don't think we have garlic one in south ...its new combo not typical at all. Satyam said lehsun.
