I love the idea of you selling jewelry on your channel! Fantastic! Omar has become so great at woodworking that you guys could really make whole circular cutting boards with bark removed live edges to sell on your channel for some extra cash as well! Just a thought-I mention this to lots of KZbinrs and figure I would mention to you too! I would buy one, I know that!!

Hello 👋 I really enjoy watching your videos. Simon does excellent stonework. My daughter loves it when you include your cats in the videos. I find that different flours need different proving times. Your dough didn't seem to have enough elasticity when you were doing your stretch and folds. I love experimenting with different sourdough recipes, i watch farmhouse on bonne for sour dough recipe ideas.

No!!! Try it! haha I swear is a lot simpler than it seems. It's much more the wait than the actual work. We tried the bread today and its absolutely delicious. it also works out to be 0.65 per loaf as oppose to the 2.50 Euros we have been paying all this time! Better make several at the same time and freeze the rest. Once one is finished, take the other out of the freezer the day before and enjoy.

That sourdough looked amazing, you have inspired me to give it a try. I had thought it was a mysteriously complex process, but you made it look easy! I love the idea of being able to purchase some of Simon's jewelry, your pendant has always caught my eye, it is both beautifu'l and beautifully made. It would be helpful if you could add a link to your website in the "about" section here on the channel, it would be so nice to just be able to click on the link to get there.

So glad it inspired you tot ry it! I really think its so fantatsic to have some really beautifully homemade and FRESH bread! The smell lingers for a while. It does take time but little effort. You don't need no dutch oven or anything. The best thing is to make sure there is plenty of steam with the boiling water on the bottom shelf and for a hot stone or tray for the bread to go in.

I watched all your videos. I think you are doing a good job (a Frenchman who congratulates the English is not every day 😄) two questions have been following me for some time: The first, I understood that Simon is from your family, the husband of your sister I understood. It is really very efficient on all trades. But he works full-time on your project. Do you pay him for this or does he do it for free? The second, it is anecdotal and it does not contain any malice only a questioning. I noticed during the videos that male Anglo-Saxons (not only you) always have the belt of their pants which is positioned in the middle of the buttocks. With us French the belt is always well above our hips so that the pants cover the underwear well. My question is simple, is it a coincidence or a usual way to wear pants? Maybe it's a coincidence. Thank you for your answers.

Mr. angle grinder doesn't have a 'dead man switch' so if you drop it, it stays on. Should you decide to upgrade to battery powered tool, I suggest that you look for one with a dead man switch, a 'paddle switch' that you need to hold on to when you are using the tool. If you drop it, it turns off and can only hurt you a little bit. If you drop the one you have it can hurt you a lot.

Ok, here's a stupid question from a non-coffee drinker. Why not just buy a percolator that makes a pot of coffee instead of half a cup you then have to add water to? I'm a tea drinker and if I had to make it half a cup at a time, I might become homicidal - kidding! Sort of...😏 Worse yet, drinking a half can of Diet Pepsi! Oh no! May I suggest you look at Old Pueblo Style fireplaces. I think it would look good in your house.
@TheIndigoEscape2 ай бұрын
We have both a percolator and a french press an they both used far more coffee than the coffee machine. What I amde was an Americano which is a shot of espresso with water, Thats how I like my coffee and its quite strong as the roast is dark. Plus you can then also froth milk and have lattes and cappuccinos :) Just for context, we got this as a Sage (Breville) refund. We had a problem with their Smart oven and they paid us back with the machine. We are snobs but not that much
