Just get your multi meter out, power it up. Ground one probe, start at the cord, follow the power white..touch every connection, guessing all should be 115 volts ac. Make sure 115 v goes in, and comes out of components..esp near control board. starts.

When you first turn on an Eden Pure heater you have to wait a minute or so for it to heat up before the fan comes on.....and to reset...unplug....wait 30 minutes and then plug back in.

usually the operation on these is similar to house unit you turn power on it should turn the heaters on if it not got an over load if that good the heater should heat up first then a thermal sensors inside where heat is after it warm inside the it senses it and allows the fan to kick on because you don't want to blow cold air at start up so it more than likely has two or more sensors

Replace the heating elements. Then it will be like new.

You do have to let the heating elements heat up first. You plugged it in and then unplugged it in less than 10 seconds. Copper elements take time.

You could have pulled the back off where the fan is attached and got to the heating elements. This was a feeble attempt to fix it.

Mine lasted 13 years, before it stopped blowing. At least you can replace the parts. Pretty simple. I have the model 1000XL
