Can we fix this big problem with the paint on this Harley Fender on a Dyna Superglide

It came out perfectly! My fender and a month ago adding the Tor bike theme to the new hand guards. In my Swedish heritage the God known as Thor is Tor. My middle name is Torsten which literally translates to Tor's Stone meaning Tor's Hammer hence the Tor Bike. I've been wanting to clean up the look of the rear fender and getting set up with the Custom Dynamics license plate frame with integrated tail light, new turn signals and the updated lighting module improved the look a lot. It was fun hanging out for a day while this got done.
