Sir meri yek pvt ltd company hai (opened in August 2022) kuch business nahi hora not even single transaction in account from 1 year or me compliance bhi nahi kiya is sal ka so i want to close it, but agar me khud se close na karu to kya MCA khud se company ko close karega ? 1. The company closed business operations 3 years before, and just paying the rent, electricity bill (By the Directors own money by their own interest) till now 2. The above said company having a current account active till now and maintaining the minimum balance for the same 3. The same company, had no other business operations and no income/ profit generating operation for the last 3 years, Can this ompany go for stiking-off process, without annual compliances for the last 3 years?
