Sir it's required to affex dsc of only professional, can directors of the company file DPT 3 on behalf of the company using their DSC.

In dpt 3 there is no provision for affixing of dsc of professional

Then you have to check your Minutes and statutory records whether you have followed process of loan from director or loan from shareholder. Accordingly you have to mention in DPT-3.
