Narc kbhi change nhi ho sakte mere mom dad dono narc hai bachpan se leke abh tak unka beheve same hai unki current age 65 hai still thay beheve same so narc kbhi chang nhi ho sakte ye kadva sach hai apne good mental health k liye unse door ho jao. So true...shayad fav food, shayad gift, shayad pyar de kar....i turned into zambi...was scared to talk . I zipped my mouth not for arguing because that i never did. I zipped it even if he drove on mountains and laughed. Pata nahi inko chahiye kya. He got even worst when i stopped reacting, he exceeded his torture. I think they are very unhappy, hollow people. Our 1st biggest inner healing block is the myth we’ve been made to believe - that WE are responsible or even powerful enough to fix all toxic or dysfunctional people & that OUR love is the only thing they are waiting for! Doesn’t work that way:) Healing & transformation is an action of self accountability. We’re responsible for ours. Others, for their own. Sure, Love is a truly powerful force but only when we begin to understand it fully & know how to channelize it with discernment, directing it first towards our own broken selves🤍

I’m talking about impossibility of others wanting to change a narc. Narcs. never want to change. They’re not self reflective as a personality. But, if a narc himself or herself gets to the stage of wanting to actually change, they can definitely do so. It’s just hard work. I’m not sure if you’re actually a narc or confusing some similar traits with being a narc. In any case, stop making excuses, & work on your inner self since you are the only one who can do that.

Yes, kisi bhi insaan ki personality mei thora bahut change hota rehta hai with age, circumstances, health etc.; same with narcs. But, the core remains unchanged unless we ourselves wish to bring a light filled change to ourselves.
