Vice Captain: Julias - from black clover he has alot of experience, he is also very smart and has time magic which would help alot when fighting OP anime characters. Helmsen: Mob Psycho his ability to manipulate psychic energy which can be used to move the ship can be lethal. Cook: Charmy - from black Clover being able to restore magic with her food is a very useful ability if we do use verse equalization her food should be able to restore any energy not just magic. Navigator: Saiki K - from the Disastrous Life of Saiki K he has very good teleportation being able to teleport himself or other people. Archeolgists: Shikamaru - from Naruto has a very high iq had more knowledge than his father and the 3rd hokage who were old vets in the village . Doctor: Unohana - from bleach having the ability to keep killing Kenpachi an instantly heal him Sniper: Lille Barro - from bleach his x axis allows his shots have the power to pierce through anything, with perfect aim. Musician: Rose Otoribashi - from bleach his music can create illusions. Shipwright: Senku Ishigami - from Dr. Stone one of the best technologists gadgets, medicine, and most notably, the de-petrification elixir, despite the limited materials. My crew would will in easily if you didnt pick anos but we still prepared we only have to worry about Anos, Merlin, Simon and Erza. But we have some heavy hitters like Naruto, Julias, Mob, Charmy, Saiki K, Unohana, Lille Barro, and Rose. Julias and Saiki K vs Anos. Unohana vs merlin. Charmy vs Erza. Mob and Rose vs Simon. Naruto vs Ishtar. Lile Barro, Shikamaru, and Senku vs Toriko, Weisz, Margette, Sakura, and Bulma.

Yogiri could handle diseases, but not say a limb gets cut off from the crew, Whis, Rimuru and Anos could all regenerate the missing limb from the person. for archaeologist not only Rimuru could handle it because of his ultimate skill that is his analysis ability, but Whis, and Bulma could also help out. for Sniper everyone could do that except for Melody and Soma (Bulma could just make something for snipping). for Helmsman Whis and Rimuru can also do that and possibility of Granolah with some getting used too. for cook Rimuru could help out but probably wouldn't so i pick Soma because he could go fast and make tasty food lots of the people are big eaters. lets talk about my navigator not only could Whis handle it, but also Sinbad, Rimuru and Anos. Finally, for vice-captain honestly anyone of my list could preform that except for Granolah, Melody, and Yogiri. The reason why i pick goku as the captain is because he would be extremely chill/easy going with the crew (like Luffy) while Anos was the vice-captain for his seriousness which would balance out.

I think the best person to lead this pirate crew could have been Shunsui from Bleach, he was a good enough leader from Bleach, respected enough to take the head captain position after Yamamoto, he has experience as a captain, he has a light hearted/laid back nature of your main characters, he has battle experience as a swordsman one of the best in Bleach, and his power is cracked, placing rules on him and his opponent mid battle, based off kids games for his shikai and a poem for his bankai

I know far less about anime than Rob but here’s my take Captain: Kento Nanami (Jujutsu Kaisen) Vice-Captain: Metal Bat (One Punch Man) Helmsman: Rei (Evangelion) Cook: Shinobu (Demon Slayer) Navigator: Machi (HunterXHunter) Archaeologist: Merlin (7 Deadly Sins) Doctor: Tonio Trussardi (Jojo’s) Sniper:Yusuke Urameshi (Yu Yu Hakusho) Musician: Jigglypuff (Pokemon) Shipwright:Senku (Dr. Stone) So you see, the focus is not on power but more on balance and creativity for me. I think it’s pretty good for what I’m looking for and it could do pretty good as a crew. Kento Nanami works as the steadfast captain who knows who his crew is, and pushes them towards their goals. And he’s HIM, with an absolutely goated ability that’d go absolutely insane with any type of Haki. I think the Crew’s dynamic would be really fun and interesting Metal bat and Yusuke would get along and have Nanami as their sort of mentor and captain. My only complaint is that Tonio isn’t a fighter in any respect, but he’s still a great healer who can heal ailments depending on ingredients used in cooking, and he can help shinobu cook. He can even cure cancer by using expensive abalone (And considering the world of one piece, he could probably cure some type of type 24 Cancer with some ingredients). And I could start with the others but this would be one long comment

@@coranonthecob1613 I was just thinking about the ppl whose usually taking helm on the ship. Chopper most of pre time skip and Franky for most of post time and Jinbei as of recently. They all have that “strong” vibe and is actually very strong. Deku with all for one being 100% controlled now is tons of strong and has different quirks to help out in a pitch as well. It may be kinda weird to have who I think is the youngest one there driving the ship but I think he’s best suited for the job. And works well with others and aspires to be better.

For "Navigator" there is 'Letoile Becquerel' in the Golden Dawn squad in Black Clover. She has Compass Magic. Through she has only shown its use for battle it is easy to see how she already has useful spells or would be able to develope them.

Founded the Gotei 13 by recruiting criminals for his crew and kept his spot as head captain for over 1000 years. Sniper Lillie Barro: Bleach. X-axis is op even for Bleach. If you know, you know. Healer: Orihime. Can restore and injury with almost no effort. Edit: Forgot to add Unohana she would be great too.

The problem with Anos is he doesn't really need anyone else. You mentioned that ability to get people to want to follow you. The character that comes to mind the most for me is Iskandar from Fate Zero.

Nah don’t forget about Ging Freecs at archaeologist he was one of the most renowned hunters in the world and to get 3 stars you need to make a significant contribution to your field, and then for the next star you need to train someone in that field so he is for sure an elite archaeologist. We dont know how strong he is but we know he can box to a good capacity.

Jinwoo is an odd one. He doesnt work as a captain or crewmate. He handles and takes all his emotions for himself when a pirate crew is built on mutual trust and respect, but on the other hand vice captain dont fit his character. Bro always wanted to be strong and the more his inner self came out when he finally gained power. The only person in SL id see jinwoo follow is gun hee and thats out of respect for him as an elder, father figure and help he provided. The shadows on the other hand you have plenty to choose for roles

Also, for a chef, Kirio from squad 0 is always an option, she's the only notable chef in bleach, but she's a damn good one, AND she makes all her allies more powerful with her food. Also, would love it if you guys try to come up with a crew solely from characters from a single verse, like the best Naruto crew, or Bleach crew, or fire force, saint seiya, toriko, toaru, sailor moon, HXH, JJK, Dragonball, black clover crews, etc. Here's a bleach crew: Captain: Yamamoto Vice Captain: Shunsui Helmsman: Ichigo Chef: Kirio Navigator/archaeologist: Urahara Doctor: Orihime Sniper: Lille Barro Musician: Rose Shipwright: Gremmy The only problem with the bleach team is that there's NO ONE who's able to make a good pirate ship in that show, Bleach's construction was more focused on the creation of zanpakuto, bankai, Urahara's gadgets, etc. not constructing actual forms of transportation, so I had to use Gremmy, who could create the best pirate ship possible out of thin air, and repair it/keep it in perfect condition whenever he wants to with his own imagination based reality warping.

Super old but i still wanted to make a list. Captain: Zeref Dragneel from Fairy Tail. This might be a crazy pick but he is a military strategist who did make his empire in 400 years. He can definitely understand logic and has shown tremendous leadership. His power is also pretty useful. Vice-Captain: Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail. Like everything they said in the video, Erza is a very level-headed woman that has made logical decisions. She’s also, again, very strong. Her armour magic is literally adaptive to the situation she’s in. Cook: Charmy from Black Clover. She can literally replenish other people’s strength and magic just by food. Plus, she does have fighting skill. Sniper: Mine from Akame ga Kill. She’s a versatile sniper that can shoot from literally anywhere, and her sidearm is a submachine gun. One thing about her gun is the more damage she takes, the better her firepower is. So, depending on how tough it gets, she can definitely shoot. Musician: Margarette Macaron from Mashle. As stated in the video, they are strong and can use music to their advantage. I thought about Present Mic from MHA but it’s very situational, even though he can power up his team through his voice - similar to Belo Betty. Archaeologist: August from Fairy Tail. Wow! A third Fairy Tail character. But that’s just a testament to how capable some of these characters are. He can copy other people’s abilities and has researched many different magic spells so history wouldn’t be a problem for him. Navigator: Irene Belserion from Fairy Tail. Okay, this is the final FT character. She has enchantment spells, which can power up her teammates’ abilities. In terms of navigating, one of her powers is a giant eye that can spy on anyone from anywhere, and she heavily studies the layout of a place she’s currently at. Also, given enough time, she can literally change the layout of the environment. Doctor: Unohana from Bleach. Just her feat against Kenpachi was enough to put her on here. Shipwright: Henry from Black Clover. Hey, he can change the layout of a vessel so that’s a plus. Helmsman: Chrollo from Hunter x Hunter. Fuck it, why not. Another character with great intelligence, great adaptability, great leadership skills, and his power is pretty useful.
