To all who might care, 'fourty is the spelling used in most countries under the British Commonwealth: Great Britain, Canada, Australia (Brett and Eddy), NZ, are the major ones. Alternatively' forty' is common American spelling and is better known to the rest of the world. So it is totally fair they spelled it like so, because that is how they know it is spelled along with all people who grew up/live under the Commonwealth. It's like colour vs color or honor vs honour. Really it's just about where you live :)
