I am an identical twin. My brother and I were also gymnasts. Watching Teagan and Sam doing gymnastics, I just realized something: They appear to be "mirror-twins". Teagan tumbles left (our direction), while Sam tumbles right, yet Teagan spins right and Sam spins left. Either way, whatever the trick, they perform it in opposite directions. I wasn't surprised, but I was amused whenever one of them would master a trick and the other felt pressure to master it...because we - as twins - are always in a friendly competition with each other. This type of one-on-one competition - I believe - makes both twins better at whatever we do much faster than for singletons. We started gymnastics when we were 21, but continued at an intermediate to advanced level for 20-years. Thank you @Sophia for your fun approach to gymnastics, and for this refreshing look at these amazing twins! It brings back fond memories!

@@TheRybkaTwins Thanks so much for your reply! :D Oh yes! We had a LOT of fun doing gymnastics. My brother preferred rings and high bar, while I LOVED floor exercise, with a bit of high bar (loved giant swings!) thrown in! My most favorite floor-ex pass was roundoff, flip-flops, back tuck...only doing whip-backs instead of back hand-springs! I loved the air I'd get with those! I was greatly saddened when I finally had to quit doing heavy tumbling when I turned 41 in order to avoid further injury to my back. Fortunately just a few years ago, I discovered an American Ninja Warrior type gym locally, and found that this activity doesn't bother my back at all. I get a great - and again FUN - workout on the upper-body obstacles a couple of times each week now! I enjoy seeing you guys tumbling, as it TOTALLY reminds me of my brother and me, and the incredible fun we had in gymnastics! BTW, we also competed with each other outside of the gym. We were compelled (by each other) to be the best in electronics engineering, becoming helicopter pilots, and in photography, as well!

I haven’t seen twins doing gymnastics since the Hamm twins, Paul & Morgan. This was fun to watch. You should definitely train more gymnastics moves. They have adult gymnastics for a reason. I bet with your dance and acrobatics backgrounds, y’all could come up with some interesting new moves.

I did gymnastics as a 14-15yo, we only had the high beam to learn on!! None of the bouncy floor or other fancy equipment I see in the American gyms on KZbin, if we'd had this level of equipment maybe I would have been able to do more, you guys are all so inspirational. It literally took me like a full year to learn the front hip circle! And almost another half of a year to learn the stride circle! Some of the hardest skills I’ve ever learned! For some reason the harder skills were not as hard for me to learn. 5:42
