The new hatch on the roof of the campervan is a SkyMaxx, bit of a game changer for us, and comes in two sizes, compatible with roof thicknesses 23-60mm. Here is a link with locations to find one yourself leisurevehicle... We got this as a PR sample, and are really impressed so far
The lighting on top of the van is supplied by AuxBeam and we love them, including that light-bar that is all operated by a switch panel and bluetooth. Here is a link auxbeam.com/
Our extremely comfortable duvet & pillows came from our friends at Duvet Hog, which are vegan and made of recycled materials. We have used them in our previous van and honestly is the comfirst bedding we hage ever bought. PR Sample duvethog.co.uk...

My family and I as a child took the trip from Bolton to Liverpool to board the ship the Empress of England as we were immigrating to North America. The last thing I saw of England was the Lever birds that are perched high upon the Lever building. I never forgot that image it's been fifty years now and it still brings a tear to my eye. Thanks very much for showing us Liverpool you've made me even more determined to come home.

Our son moved up to Liverpool about 8 years ago. He worked at a lovely restaurant called Monro. Then the university kitchens and now is head chef at Knowsley Hall the home of Lord Derby and he produces the most amazing menus for weddings including vegan menus. When he first moved they had a gorgeous flat on Albert Dock. The views across the Mersey were amazing. I’m no fan of the Beatles but hubby is. And was happy to see things relating to them. We loved the Liver Building which was near Gareth’s flat

Interesting Video, My father served with the Polish 2nd Corps in the tanks in WW2 in Italy. When the war ended he came to the UK by ship and disembarked at Liverpool. I remember him telling me that one of the first things he remembered seeing was the Liver Birds on the Royal Liver Building...🙂👍🏻

I bloomin’ loved this one guys! I am biased as I live in Liverpool. Born in North Wales but Liverpool adopted us when my family moved for work, when I was little. We love the Vibe, Maria & the family are so lovely and their food is lush (super healthy too!) Emma & Neil are just gorgeous 💞 I wish I’d known you were here, I’d have brought you some of my homemade vegan treats! I have a local market stall where I sell my goodies. So happy you enjoyed your time in 'my' city. Many years ago I used to walk down Mathew Street every morning on my way to work. It didn't look that good those days. I don't think many people realise that the original Cavern was turned into a car park! Oh, the horror! I remember being at school when some of my class mates were raving about a 'new' group they'd seen in the Cavern, they were called 'The Beatles'. I hate beetles and I thought they won't last long with a name like that! The rest is history! 🤣🤣

What beautiful vlog. I love Liverpool . I am like you Liam I always wanted to go there it was my thing of the 60s I love that era. All the Beatles music was fantastic. I went there a few years ago before Covid with my partner I live in Glastonbury and he drove up there Martin he loves driving. we stayed in a hotel just across the Mersey on the Wirral. We could see the liver and Cunard building just outside of our bedroom window every morning. We went to the Caven club like you both did.Martin took a photograph by the Beatles statue. I love to look at the wall with all the famous peoples names on at the cavern club. we did the Beatles tour which was absolutely fantastic, we went in some fantastic museums there including the Titanic one which brought a tear to your eye. I’ve been to the Titanic museum as well in Dublin and that was so moving. Liverpool people back in the day works so hard for pittance of money I’ve read lots of stories. What they done to Liverpool now it’s amazing I wanna go back there again hopefully we will next year I’m so glad you both had a fantastic time it’s a very special place in my heart. X

I love Liverpool too, and although not the biggest Beatle fan, found the tour and all the memorabilia fascinating. I definitely need to try those Vegan eggs next time I visit. Great upgrades and soo happy you loved my home town, I live in the North of the city centre, also Hoylake is a stop away from west kirby which is much further on from Birkenhead, Birkenhead is the first stop as you come out of the mersey tunnel in the wirral side, still classed as part of Merseyside. Nice video... There's so much more to see on the Wirral, lots of history... next time you visit... Most vans park up at New Brighton. When you were in Hoylake you were only 5 minutes away from a seriously good independent Citroen engineer who doesn't rip anybody off, good to know if your in the area and need the van looking at 😁

I come from Preston lived in Ainsdale for many years whilst I was at Uni in livepool moved over to Germany then to Lytham St Annes and now in Lincolnshire. There are a few places you can park up, if you're careful . I park up by New Brighton and Hoylake and never have any problems, just go late and leave early and leave no trace no mess :) xx

We have just returned from a trip in our campervan. We spent a day in Liverpool (before going onto North Wales including Anglesey, Llŷn Peninsula, Llanberis (did the Velocity 2 😊) which almost mirrored yours 😂
