If you want to do immediate work, get an intel cpu with igpu and buy a gpu later. Uhd igpu can open some games and intel quick sync tech will allow you to do editing well enough until you get that gpu. I suggest an i5 12th or 13th gen.

Take 1650 instead. You will get nvenc encoder and similar performance in modern games which rx570 can't even open due to lack of proper dx12 support. Will be good for productivity and games both. Though you should go for an rx6600 with this cpu for optimal build which will last longer.
