Trombone is the most expressive brass instrument in my opinion.

It’s because of the slide construction. It’s less precise than an instrument like a trumpet, French horn, or tuba. It allows for vibrato, trills when moving up and down slide levels, glissando, etc.

Nice full, round tone. Good vibrato as well. Especially in the upper register. It’s weird you can’t see the technical precision and slide movements and confidence of his playing with this shot framing.
