Menstruation rituals are related to.apana vayu. When energy is naturally flowing out, taking away toxins, no need for meditation or prayers to do that for you. Meditation during menstruation forces the apana to turn around and go upwards leading to physiological problems like endometriosis. Excessive stress is the reason for menstruation pain. Pain is corresponding to the toxins accumulated in the body. Hence when body is trying to flush out the toxins, just relax in sleep and let body do the job. Meditation can be practiced to reduce stress on other days. Some women's body chemistry tends to draw away prana from things around them, hence seclusion is prescribed for them. In earlier times, during the first year of menstruation a girl was observed to see what her body was doing before her menstrual routine was defined for her. Nowadays everything is being imposed wholesale, that is the problem. Do more research before concluding everything is against women. Women have a different physiology and different path to Moksha. Go into tantra texts to understand more. Rudraksha may not at all be needed for women because of menstruation. When a purification plant is within you, why do you need an external system?

One more point about the advice that it is OK to wear rudraksha during menstruation. The rudraksha has an energy that moves upwards (that is why it is considered an aid to celibacy) while menstruation is a process moved by the downward energy of Apana Vayu. Therefore, even if the wearing of rudraksha by women was OK, it would be contraindicated during menstruation.

I wore it last 10 yrs and no issue.. Have kids too and there was a time.. When have faced extreme troubles.. Wearing rudraksh gave me immense strength to pull me though it. Don't know of so much theory but in practical experience it has blessed me and now my kids

My experience with rudraksha is that, my wife and my sister are wearing adiyogi rudraksha that came with chain of copper, at Shivaratri in 2022 they wore that, and the result of first night is so amazing my sister and wife feeling well they woke up at correct time automatically at 6 a.m. and at the night they sleep without any disturbance, And they are saying they are feeling well happy and joyful. My sister had problem of not getting sleep at late night and not getting up at time. When rudraksha came at your home they are already energized by sadguru , you may do the following steps. 1 if it is a aadiyogi rudraksha it means a single rudraksha bid that is tied in copper, just put a drop of cow ghee on it, and move that rudraksha in between of your palms by chanting Om namah shivaya, then apply vibhuti vibhuti that came from satguru or any vibhuti the sacred ash of havan will do the work, then again do the same roll the rudraksha in between of your palms, then gave some dhup on it and wear it on Monday in Shukla pakshaaur. 2 it is A shaan Mukhi rudraksha for children under the age of 14, then you main do the conditioning as prescribed for the rudraksha mala by sadguru aur you may do the same which I mention in point number 1. Note if you do not do the conditioning of rudraksha bade then once in a week you have to apply cow ghee a little drop over the rudraksha.

Hey I purchased the same copper chain Rudraksha bead The customer support on Instagram said I need to condition it before wearing and over call they said its already conditioned and I can wear it directly. I am so confused now. Please confirm what shall I do?

@@priyalgautam7817 it is already energized, you need to conditioned it after 6 months when they starts to show you sign of whiteness or dryness. Or 6 month maximum time. just dip them in cow ghee, or desi ghee, in an earthen pot, or glass pot, dont use steel or plastic, for 24 hrs, then next 24 hrs dip them in full fat milk. After this wear them by cleaning in clean water. Also can rub them to clean with cotton cloth .
