I actually used to work at the factory where they got the brownie batter stuff made (as well as some other Ben & Jerry's toppings). It didn't have any flour from what I remember. It might have had eggs, but I don't remember for sure. One time a lady I worked with took some of it home, mixed it with flour, and made brownies with it and it turned out pretty good. If I still worked there I could send you a big quart container of it lol.
